about clare elise jewelry
-
how it started
In need of a creative outlet after becoming a mother of two, Clare took a friend’s suggestions and signed up for an introductory jewelry making class. Once she got a taste, she couldn’t get enough and has been teaching herself new techniques ever since.
-
why you'll love it
Clare got her start making jewelry just for herself, and even now, nothing hits the shop that she wouldn’t love to wear. As a busy mom, she likes modern styles with simple lines, versatile enough to be worn anywhere from board meetings to date nights and anywhere you might find yourself in between.

about clare
Clare has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 30 years, serving vulnerable populations, including low income women and families, the homeless, and children in foster care. She lives in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston with her husband and two teenage sons.
“Do your little bit of good where you are: it’s those bits of good put together that will overwhelm the world.”
- Archbishop Desmond Tutu
Clare’s commitment to giving back is rooted in her career in the nonprofit sector, where she was able to see first hand the good work that so many organizations do, and her strong belief that to whom much is given, much is required.
